At Hot Deals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your new gadget isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hot Deals account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
